To find out what a dental practice is worth, you have to take into consideration a lot of criteria. Everything that makes up the practice from it’s patients, to it’s location is considered. What kind of technology do they have? How are they managed? How are they managed? All of these things are compiled together to find a fair market value. Then if the dentist decides he does indeed want to sell his practice, he knows exactly what it is worth and how much to ask for.
