To me, Gen. Colin Powell is one of the few honorable men left in Washington. He’s also a republican but that doesn’t really matter now, does it. He has endorsed Barack Obama. Oh I’m sure there’s some ‘redneck good ol’ boys’ out there that will have something to say about that. Well I don’t think for one minute it has anything to do with anything except for the fact that he’s backing who he thinks will do the best job for our country. I don’t know yet who I’ll vote for. I honestly think they both have their good points and their bad points but isn’t usually the way it is? There isn’t going to be someone running that you totally agree with on everything so you just have to pick the one you feel will do the best job. The most important thing is to VOTE.

General Powell is one of the most distinguished men that I have ever met. General Powell was the keynote speaker at a convention that I attended a couple years ago and I was so impressed by him. He should be every man’s role model.
